And certainly not items Greg Theakston insists were gifted to him some time in the 80's.

Greg Theakston--Jack Kirby collaborator with SEVEN lithographs in the permanent collection of the Museum Of Modern Art--STILL hasn't had his belongings returned by The Jack Kirby Museum.

We'll look at John Morrow, Kirby Museum trustee--and a guy who had a lot of financial reasons to insert himself into a controversy of his own creation.

For starters, we'll look at the fact that a month ago, the "Museum" stated the items were Greg's property. Now, suddenly and for the first time ever in the public eye, John Morrow claims they were never Greg's property and he's known that for 17 years.

In short, John Morrow is totally full of crap. Just listen in.

Then, Tom goes on a rant about the ongoing controversy around The Jack Kirby "Museum & Research Center"--which is really more like the Jack Kirby Traveling Souvenir Shoppe.

And Greg Theakston still hasn't been returned the rare artwork he loaned them. Shameful.

Greg Theakston isn't just a run-of-the-mill Jack Kirby expert. Which is why it's so strange he's thinking of reporting The Jack Kirby Museum for stealing his property.

The noted illustrator, editor, publisher, and writer KNEW Jack Kirby. WELL. As Kirby's apprentice, peer, co-worker, and biographer. As you'll hear, Kirby and his wife wanted Greg to think of them like parents.

Now Greg is embroiled in a controversy--after loaning thousands and thousands of one of a kind Kirby artifacts to the museum. Because the museum now says over 3,000 rare original Kirby xeroxes (which can sell from between $30 to $150 apiece) are THEIRS.

Greg says he clearly always wanted them back.
